Best Smoothie Recipe
I know having vegetables in your smoothie is all the rage right now. I have not jumped aboard that wagon yet. There’s just something about mixing fruits and veggies, especially in liquid form, that my mind just has not given me permission to go along with yet!
But, with that being said, I do have a lovely veggieless smoothie that I enjoy after a good workout for breakfast.
1 banana
4 strawberries
¼ C blueberries
1 C milk
1 C ice
2 Scoops vanilla protein (my preference is EAS Lean 15)
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A sprinkle of ginger
2 tbsp chia seeds
Obviously, some fruit substitutes are delicious as well. I’ve tried a couple different combinations but this is, by far, my favorite.
But, nothing beats a Jamba smoothie. Jamba is my favorite. Orange-a-Peel and Banana Berry are my smoothies of choice there. They’re yummy. I like Jamba.
