It’s The Weekend!
Yay!! It is time for another weekend. Another fun filled weekend, too! The kids are gone at a Military sponsored weekend camp. It’s good for them hanging around other Military kids. It’s that automatic common ground thing that we all can use sometimes. They are back at the same camp they spent a week at earlier this month. They were quite excited to be going back.
Tonight my husband and I are going to see “Film on the Rocks” at Red Rocks and they are showing Pretty Woman. I’m so excited. The only issues is, I still have practice first, even though my kids are missing it. We are going to be cutting it pretty close in getting there. I was just thinking about my kids being gone and for the first time ever, forgot about all my volleyball kids. We’ve been talking about going to one of those for years now and it never works out for one reason or another so when I saw that movie playing there, I got excited and that was that.
Tomorrow we are doing are next climbing adventure. Grays and Torreys Peak. I’m quite excited about that as well. I am going to summit two mountains tomorrow. It’s going to happen!! I’ll have some pictures to share next week J. Then tomorrow night is fight night! I always get excited about the UFC fights as well. I used to be more into it but the past year or so has been a little slower for me. The last few fights we paid for weren’t good ones. A bunch of my favorites aren’t fighting as much anymore. I haven’t found anyone else I like enough to make me want to watch on a regular and I always get amped up when I watch them and decide I’m going to be a fighter. I could do it. I don’t have time, though! J.
But I am excited to see Ronda Rousey fight again. I don’t like her. I like a bunch of the other female fighters but something about her rubs me the wrong way. She is amazing, though. I will give her that. Beth Correia is no joke herself though, so it will hopefully be good. We’re not buying them this time, we’re going out to see them. It should be a fun-filled day!
And then Sunday the girls come home again. I’m thinking a nice breakfast whenever we decide to get out of bed. I love going out to breakfast, I just try not to very often because I don’t always have the healthiest of breakfast choices! But, I suppose between a 10.5 mile run this morning, volleyball practice tonight and a double summit hike tomorrow, it won’t hurt.
Have a good weekend and I will be back soon to tell of my new adventures! J
